MarkOnline Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply unless otherwise agreed between Partex Marking Systems and the customer.
These conditions are valid for orders via our ordering tool MarkOnline (markonline.partex.co.uk).
Terms for orders
Normal lead time from Partex is 2-3 days, if we cannot fulfill this we will contact you.
For all orders with a value of less than £90.00 net, we charge a setup fee of £5.00. A carriage and packing charge of £6.85 will also apply.
We ship all orders via Parcelforce. Carriage paid on all orders over £90.00.
Partex Marking Systems (UK) Ltd terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders (copies available on request or at www.partex.co.uk) E&OE.
Terms of Payment
By credit card transaction or via invoice (30 days net), credit accounts are available subject to status.
Prices
Subject to VAT at current rate.
Transport Damaged Goods
Shipping damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and Partex Marking Systems (UK) Ltd. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt, that you have the correct number of packages as compared to shipping document and that all goods are undamaged.
Complaints
Claims must be made within a reasonable time under the Sale of Goods Act.
